Construction Surveyor/Field Coordinator/Technologist

What You’ll Do:

As a key part of our land development team, you will help bring Alberta’s communities to life by:

  • Construction Surveys, site coordination and inspection of residential, commercial, and industrial land development projects during construction season (May to October).
  • Post construction surveys, drawing preparation and record documentation
  • Design, drafting and cost estimating in the winter months (November to April)
What You Bring:

You’re curious. Motivated. Detail-obsessed. And you take pride in doing work that matters.

  • 3+ years of construction survey experience is preferred, but not required
  • a diploma or bachelor’s degree in civil engineering/technology or related experience in a land development related field
  • Autodesk AutoCAD and Civil 3D skills
  • Knowledge of construction surveying and use of GPS survey Equipment
  • Organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team environment
  • Ability to work outdoors in a construction environment
  • Good time management skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid driver’s licence and vehicle
